What is Recovery Evo?
Recovery Evo is an innovative supplement which provides a unique blend of Hydrolysed Whey Protein Isolate and Maltodextrin, Branched Chain Amino Acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine), Vitamin C, DMAE, L-Tyrosine and Electrolytes. All this is combined in a great tasting, easy-to-consume shake which comes in two different flavours which include Strawberry and Apple and Blackcurrent.
Recovery Evo Benefits
• Recovery Evo provides 23g of protein per serving which will contribute to a growth and maintenance in muscle mass.
• Vitamin C contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
• Recovery Evo provides a carbohydrate and electrolyte blend which contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise and enhance the absorption of water during physical exercise.
Who is Recovery Evo Suitable for?
Recovery Evo is ideal for anyone looking to increase daily protein intake with the addition of BCAA’s, Maltodextrin, Vitamin C and Electrolytes, or for anyone taking part in intense physical activity. It is recommended to consume Recovery Evo immediately post workout for best results.

Please note that the labelling on this product is provided in English as a minimum. French, Italian, German, Spanish, Danish, Swedish and Finnish may also be present on a product by product basis.
Add 2 scoops (approximately 80g) and mix with approximately 400ml of water or skimmed Milk (for a thicker shake use less liquid, for a thinner shake add more). For the best results add liquid first, then powder into one of our shakers or a blender. Once mixed consume immediately. We recommend consuming immediately after exercise for best results.
